From the age of eight to fifteen I spent most Saturdays making a mess in the studio of Academy and Genie award winning director/animator Eugene Fedorenko. Wednesdays I attended The Royal Conservatory of Music for piano. Unofficially, Sundays were spent at The Ontario Science Centre as I practically lived across the street and knew of many different ways to enter.

After high school I studied literature under Booker prize winner Michael Ondaatje at Glendon College [York University]. Finally, there's a piece of paper bearing the letters A.O.C.A. and my name. Apparently there were no awards with my name on them as well, but the commencement program gives me an honourable mention.
