ok, well, what's left to say about gilles peterson that hasn't already been said before? he's a leader and we follow his steps. whether it's listening to his show on the bbc, trainspotting his charts in straight no chaser or buying one of his many compilations, i think we can all agree that he's always on point. this mix is his 'impressed' mix and it follows in the vein of gilles' newest compilation aptly named 'impressed'. it's out now on universal jazz so, stop spending money on one of your vices for a few days and buy something that's actually worth it.
